The need to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, particularly CO₂, has been a concern among scientists for over a century. Every year, January 28th marksInternational Reducing CO₂ Emissions Day, a crucial reminder that every action we take helps combat climate change.
As part of its commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility, the European Project Rotate, funded by the European Commission and led byAnefa, is developing an innovative energy-efficient mobile crushing technology designed to minimize noise and dust emissions.
Anefa fully supports emission reduction goals, and over the four-year duration of the Rotate project, this cutting-edge mobile technology will enhance the crushing process by improving energy and material efficiency while reducing emissions. The expected impact is significant: dust emissions could be reduced by up to 50%, while fuel consumption and CO₂ emissions may decrease by as much as 20%. This marks a major step in making mineral extraction and processing more sustainable.
