Lorena Viladés, part of ANEFA’s coordination team from ROTATE, funded by the European Commission, and led by ANEFA, will be representing, and introducing this innovative project at PDAC 2030, the world’s premier mineral exploration & mining convention that will take place in Toronto on March, from the 5th to the 8th of this month.

Due to the importance of the event, the European Union has decided to set up an important delegation composed of mining experts and to organize two specific events on March 7 at the InterContinental Hotel in Toronto.

The EU is convinced that «the success of our green and digital transition will depend to a large extent on our collective ability to ensure a sustainable and responsible supply of raw materials». Viladés will be responsible for presenting and outlining the key features of ROTATE.

The Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada  is the leading voice of the mineral exploration and development community, an industry that supports 719,000 people in direct and indirect employment and contributes $106 billion to Canada’s GDP every year. Representing over 6,000 members around the world, PDAC’s work centers on supporting a competitive, responsible, and sustainable mineral sector.

ANEFA`s team has prepared several specific audiovisual materials that will help to understand the importance of ROTATE  to everyone that might attend the event and to everyone interested anywhere. This video is one of them:
